Word to PDF

Turn a Word document into a PDF, and keep it under the KB limit your form allows. The file is converted on your device and never uploaded.

Works with .docx files. For an old .doc file, open it in Word and use Save As → .docx first. Pages are saved as pictures, so text in the PDF can’t be selected. Complex layouts, text boxes and headers may look different from Word.

How to use Word to PDF

  1. Choose your Word (.docx) file.
  2. Enter a KB limit if your form has one.
  3. Tap Convert to PDF and download it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert Word to a PDF under 200 KB?

Type 200 in “Max PDF size (KB)” before you tap Convert to PDF. The tool lowers the quality until the PDF fits.

Can I convert an old .doc file?

Not directly. Open it in Word, WPS Office or Google Docs, save it as .docx, then convert that file.

Why can’t I select text in the PDF?

Pages are saved as pictures so the PDF looks the same on every device and can be made small for form uploads.

Is my Word file uploaded?

No. The file is converted inside your browser and never leaves your device.
